    Yes, we offer standard and express international shipping.  Please note we will not be responsible for custom fees charged in recipient's country.

  • Q3. How can I change an order I just placed?
    You can email contact@DiSkincare.com with order confirmation for correction or cancellation of the order. Please note once an order is in shipping status, it may not be changed or cancelled.

    You will receive a shipping confirmation to track your order.
  • Q2. What are your shipping rates?
    We offer free ground shipping to all products.
  • Q3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    We will process your credit card immediately upon purchase. Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours. For standard international shipping, it takes 7-14 days from shipment date to receive your order; express international shipping takes 3-5 days from shipment date.
  • Q4. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses or Military addresses?
    No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses or Military addresses.
  • Q5. Can I exchange or return a product?
    We are happy to refund, exchange or replace goods returned to us within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original & unused condition. Email us your request at contact@DiSkincare.com whereby we will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions on returning the products. Please refer to our “Return Policy” for additional details.

    You can find out the appropriate products from the product line by “Concern”.
  • Q2. Does DERM iNSTITUTE test on animals?
    DERM iNSTITUTE does not test on animals.
  • Q3. Are your products safe for pregnant women to use?
    Yes, all products are intended for cosmetic use and safe to use. We use natural preservative system for all of our products.
  • Q4. Once opened how long will my product remain fresh?
    We suggest you to use open product within 6 months to ensure the best result.
  • Q5. What is the shelf life of DERM iNSTITUTE products?
    Generally 5 years when stored in a cool, dry place.

Return Policy: 

At DERM iNSTITUTE it is important to us that our customers are 100% satisfied with the quality and results of all of our products. For your convenience, should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, we can issue a full refund to your credit card. Please follow our reasonable guidelines for making a quick and easy return: 
‧  Products must have been originally purchased directly from DiSkincare.com. (We cannot accept returns originally purchased from other retailers). 
‧  Products must be returned within 14 days of original order date and be accompanied with a copy of your receipt and reason for the return. We will always ask the reason for the return in an effort to constantly improve upon our level of service. 
‧  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
 
Refund process: 
‧  Please email contact@DiSkincare.com prior to sending back your product(s). 
  • ‧  You will be issued a Return Authorization number (RA). The RA # must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. 
  • ‧  A copy of the receipt and/or invoice must be in the box. 
  • ‧  Please do not send product (s) back without receiving an email with an RA number. The RA number must be included with your return. Product(s) sent back without a return authorization number will be returned to sender and not be refunded. 
  • ‧  Ship the product(s) back using a courier service that provides a tracking number. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) back and making sure it gets to us. 
  • ‧  A refund will be issued once product(s) have been received. At this time peterthomasroth.com is unable to process exchanges.
‧  For any item received damaged, please DO NOT THROW AWAY the item, send an email to contact@DiSkincare.com and please include your phone number. The broken item(s) will be replaced and the email will provide instructions what is to be done with the broken item(s).
